Italian Veggie Fondue Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground pepper
  • 2 2-oz cans anchovy fillets

Instructions:

  1. Pour oil into fondue pot.
  2. Mix in garlic and pepper.
  3. Chop anchovies and add to fondue pot with anchovy oil. Heat until bubbly.
  4. Serve with fresh vegetables: radishes, zucchini sticks, carrot sticks, small green onions and celery strips.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
