Appetizer Recipes Hummus Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans; drain beans, reserving liquid
- 1/2 Cup tahini; sesame-seed paste
- 6 Tbs. lemon juice
- 3 lg. cloves garlic; pressed
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and 1/4 cup of bean liquid.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth, adding liquid until desired consistency is reached.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
