Appetizer Recipes Carrot Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 8-oz. pkg. Neufchatel cheese; softened
2 c. 8-oz. shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
2 lg. cloves garlic; minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 to 4 tbsp. fresh parsley; chopped
Instructions:
To prepare grated carrots, press them between two paper towels to get rid of extra moisture.
In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Mix well.
Chill cheese mixture in refrigerator about 30 minutes to harden.
Shape cheese mixture into ball.
Roll in fresh parsley.
Chill another 15 minutes before serving.
