Appetizer Recipes Crab Stuffed Snow Peas Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 6-ounce can of crab; drained
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablspoon of cocktail sauce
- 3 drops of hot pepper sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 16 fresh snow peas; steamed until softened, chill
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
- Spilt pea pods at the top with a sharp knife. Stuff with 1 tablespoon of crab mixture.
