Ingredients:

• 1 11-ounce package frozen STOUFFER'SŪ Creamed Chipped Beef; thawed
• 2 cups Swiss cheese; shredded
• 1/2 cup sauerkraut; well drained
• 4 green onions; minced
• 1 large egg; lightly beaten
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
• 28 rye OR pumpernickel cocktail-size bread slices
• Vegetable cooking spray

Instructions:

1. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients.
3. Thousand Island dressing evenly over 1 side of each bread slice; top evenly with beef mixture.
4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
