Filled Cookie Cutters

Supplies:

• - metal cookie cutter, theme shaped
• - filling, candy or pot porri
• - tulle netting, baby shower colors
• - curling ribbon, baby shower colors

Instructions:

Cut tulle so that it will gather up and around your cookie cutter shape. Lay the tulle down flat. Place the cookie towards the back of the center of the tulle, fill. Bring tulle up over the filled cookie cutter and tightly gather at the top of the cookie cutter. Tie off with the ribbon.
