Tulle Circle Favors

Supplies:

• - tulle circles in pink and blue, or lavendar, mint green and yello
• - curling ribbon in colors that match the tulle
• - plastic craft safety pins
• - Something to fill them(candy, mints, etc.)

Instructions:
Use two or three tulle circles per favor. Place the 'filling' in the center, gather the tulle around the filling, tie off with the curling ribbon. Tie on plastic safety pin and then curl the ribbon with scissors.
