Tips for Decorating for a Baby Shower
Decorate the area of the baby shower the night before.
Be sure to pick a comfortable chair for Mommy and decorate it with steamers, balloons and other decorations.
Don't over-do, less is more at a baby shower.
Make the scent of the room appealing by using mild scented candles.
A baby shower clothes line decoration can be made by stringing a clothes line along a wall or out of the way of the baby shower traffic. From the line hang - with clothes pins - different baby items such as bibs, blankets, hooded towels, etc. Makes a great decoration and a wonderful gift for Mommy after the shower.
Hang steamers and other decorations from an open umbrella.
Use baby food unopened baby food jars as anchors for balloons.
