Single party balloon, this pattern is fun for scrapbooking, cards or a decoration in your home. Very simple to do. You will need to do some basic quilling shapes and then glue down the piece in parts.

You'll need:

• one tightly rolled triangle
• one teardrop
• one piece of black paper for 'string'

• You can use real sting for this, looks good either way.
• Do a balloon bunch and 'tie' them together with a loop.
