You'll need:

  • Two toilet paper rolls
  • Stapler
  • Markers or crayons
  • Hole punch
  • Yarn
  • various decorative items; glitter glue, sequins, yarn, etc.
Instructions:
  1. Staple the two toilet paper rols together at each end.
  2. Punch a hole on the outside of the rolls.
  3. Thread through the holes with the yarn and knot to make a neck strap.
  4. Allow the child to decorate the binoculars.
