How to Make a Head Pin Out of Wire
Lightening Head Pin

You'll need these supplies:

• 21 gauge wire

You'll need these tools:

• wire cutters; flush cutters
• Hammer
• Flat nose pliers
• Chain or bent nose pliers
• Anvil or steel plate

1.) Do two at a time to match them up. Go up the end 1-inch with your flat nose pliers. Bend one direction, then come down about 1/4 of an inch and bend the other direction. Make 4 bends as seen in the picture.

2.) Pound the ends flat.







3.) Snip the very end straight with your flush cutters.
