How to Make a Head Pin Out of Wire
Paddle Pin
This head pin is flattened on one end and rounded into a paddle shape. Hence the name: Paddle Pin.
You'll need these supplies:
- 21 gauge wire
You'll need these tools:
- wire cutters; flush cutters
- hammer
- anvil or steel plate
- wire file
- Cut wire to the desired length of the head pin.
- Hammer the one end of the wire flat.
- File the flatten end of the wire until it is rounded.
