Make a Beaded Necklace Projects
Mother of Pearl Christmas Tree Necklace

The mother of pearl Christmas tree pendant on this long 30-inch necklace is not easy to find(you'll need to check everywhere in Oct - Nov), so when you do find it, pick it up right away! It makes a beautiful holiday piece.

You'll need these supplies for the necklace:

• 1 mop(shell) Christmas tree
• 8 mop nuggets; large
• 2 - 4mm gf facted beads
• 8 - flat goldtone spacers
• one gold plated hook clasp with tab
• 2 - 16-inch strands of 4mm natural mop rounds
• beading wire
• 2 crimp beads; gold tone

You'll need these tools:

• wire cutters
• crimping pliers
• chain nose pliers
• round nose pliers

The necklace instructions:

1. Attach the wire to one end of your clasp using a crip bead.
2. Bead: 30-4mm mop rounds, one gold flat spacer, one mop nugget, one mop round, one mop nugget, one glod flat spacer.
3. Bead: 15-4mm mop rounds, one gold flat spacer, one mop nugget, one mop round, one mop nugget, one glod flat spacer.
4. Bead: 10-4mm mop rounds, one facet gold bead, the Christmas tree pendant, one facet gold bead.
5. Bead: 10-4mm mop rounds, one gold flat spacer, one mop nugget, one mop round, one mop nugget, one glod flat spacer.
6. Bead: 15-4mm mop rounds, one gold flat spacer, one mop nugget, one mop round, one mop nugget, one glod flat spacer.
7. Bead: 30-4mm mop rounds.
8. Attach the other end of your clasp by using a crimp bead.
