Make a Beaded Bracelet Project
Boo Crew Halloween Lariat

I purchased this lot of glass Halloween lampwork beads at ebay, really cool stuff you can get there. I decided to make a lariat with them and leftover 4-6mm beads with size 11 seed beeds that I had in my stash. Hence, you have my Boo Crew bead necklace.

halloween lariat bead project

You'll need these supplies for the bracelet:

  • Mix of Halloween Lampwork Beads
  • 2 - 4 to 6mm beads per lampwork bead
  • size 11 seed beads; white, black, orange, green
  • 2 crimp beads
  • Beading wire at least 40 inches long

You'll need these tools:

  • wire cutters
  • crimping pliers
  • round nose pliers

The bracelet instructions:

1.) Bead your crimp bead on your wire, bead 16 seed beads, a lampwork bead(ghost in mine) then 16 sead beads. put the wire back up through the crimp bead, so that it makes a noose look - not a circle. Crimp. Note: I did a different pattern of the colors of my seed beads throughout the necklace. Pick and choose yours. Also note: depending on the lampwork bead you choose to put here, you may need more seed beads to have it lay flat.

2.) Bead:
  • 16 seed beads(two of each color, twice), a 4mm or 6mm bead, a lampwork bead and a 4mm or 6mm bead.
  • 24 sead beads(three of each color, twice), a 4mm or 6mm bead, a lampwork bead and a 4mm or 6mm bead.
  • 24 seed beads(two of each color, three times), a 4mm or 6mm bead, a lampwork bead and a 4mm or 6mm bead.
  • 16 seed beads(one of each color, four times), a 4mm or 6mm bead, a lampwork bead and a 4mm or 6mm bead.
  • 16 seed beads(one of each color, four times), a 4mm or 6mm bead, a lampwork bead and a 4mm or 6mm bead.
  • 32 seed beads(two of each color, four times), a 4mm or 6mm bead, a lampwork bead and a 4mm or 6mm bead. To be technical I had a 4mm bead, a small lampwork, a large lampwork, a small lampwork and a 4mm bead. Go with what you have.

3.) Bead: 216 sead bead which is three each of the 4 colors, 18 times.

4.) Repeat the steps in instruction #2, going from the last step to the first one.

5.) Bead a crimp bead, 48 seed beads (one each the each color 12 times), the ghost lampwork bead and 44 seed beads (one each the each color 11 times) - you want him just a bit off center. Put the wire back up throught the crimp bead. Crimp. Trim and hide the tail.
