Pumpkin Charm Drop Beaded Bracelet

My Halloween beaded jewelry stash is made up of really cool bracelets made of beads I find all year around. Like these rectangular ceramic orange beads. I received them at a bead swap and though what great Halloweeny type beads, and into that bead stash they went until now! I love beading... did ya know that?

You'll need these supplies:

  • 4 12mm-15mm retangular ceramic beads
  • 9 to 11 - 6mm orange rondelles
  • 9 to 11 - 6mm blackstone cubes
  • one lobster claw clasp with tab
  • one jumpring
  • 1 jack o'lantern charm
  • beading wire
  • 2 crimp beads

You'll need these tools:

  • wire cutters
  • crimping pliers
  • round nose pliers

1.) Attach clasp to one end of the wire using your crimp bead.

2.) Bead: one orange rondelle, one blackstone cube, one ceramic bead, one blackstone cube and one orange rondelle. Repeat three times. End with blackstone and rondelle to fit your wrist size.

3.) Attach the clasp tab and jumpring with charm on it using the crimp bead.(cripm bead first, then bead the jumpring and tab, wire back through crimp bead and crimp it.)

Tips: With big beads like this, you'll need to make sure that you don't pull the wire too tight. The beads need to move a bit when the bracelet is on. Check the 'bead play' on your wrist before crimping that last crimp.

Enjoy!
