Digital Scrapbooking with PSP9PSP9 Tutorial: Make Dotted Swiss Paper
The tutorial will teach you how to make Dotted Swiss paper for your digital scrapbooking supplies. You will need to get the simple filters, half-wrap. They can be found here.

With the selection using the circle shape, begin making a small circle with the starting point of x 100 y 100.(you can see this at the bottom right of your screen) This will make your circle selection centered. 4.) Selections -> Load/Save Selection -> Save Selection to Disk; name it swisscircle. 5.) Fill with white. Selections -> Select none. 6.) Effects -> Plugins -> Simple -> Half Wrap. 7.) Selections -> Load/Save Selection -> Load Selection from Disk; choose swisscircle.
