Card Making Ideas - Handmade Cards
Courage Quote Greeting Card
Quick and easy was the motto for making this greeting card, and it looks wonderful. The dragonfly is put together first and is a really nice element. This card used handmade card sketch #3.
You'll need these supplies:
- card blank
- pattern paper, two types
- cardstock; matches pattern paper, stamped image block
- Stamped quote, Stampin Up
- glue, xyron, glue dots, tape; personal preference
- MM staples
Card Making Instructions:
- Stamp the quote on white cardstock. Matt on colored cardstock and staple with MM staples.
- Cut one pattern paper the size of the card front. Cut the other the same length, and two inches high. Attach to the top of the first pattern paper.
- Cut a strip of colored cardstock and attach where the two pattern papers meet.
- Center the quote block and attach. Attach the whole piece to the card front.
